Hapkido is a dynamic Korean martial art based on a system of self defence, through the use of joint locks, grappling and throws combined with more attacking moves (kicks, punches and other strikes).

Defence Lab
Defence Lab is a relatively new martial art brand, launched in 2012 by Andy Norman, the former co-founder of KFM. It is a realistic martial arts training centre, specialising in the self defence for the urban environment.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was created by Helio Gracie in order to provide a smaller or weaker person with the tools to effectively defend themselves against a bigger more powerful opponent.
Boxing
Evidence of an early form of boxing has been spotted in various stages throughout world history however it wasn’t until 1500 BC that the introduction of gloves was first noted.
Aikido
Rather than punching or kicking, Aikido focuses on blending with an opponent’s energy and using it to gain control over them or throw them away from you. It is however, not a static art, but places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement.
Judo
It is most prominently known as a martial art with an objective to throw or takedown an opponent to the mat, immobilise or otherwise subdue an opponent by way of pinning or to utilise the use of joint locks and chokes to score points in competition.
Kuk Sool Won
Kuk Sool Won teaches a traditional/ancient martial art covering the entire spectrum of martial arts that includes but is not limited to hand strikes, kicks, joint locks, grappling, throws, pressure points, weapons etc.
Ju-Jitsu
Ju-Jitsu is a Japanese Martial Art. It is based on the core concept of using an attacker’s own force against them. Techniques include throws, joint locks, trapping and general grappling. Ju-Jitsu employs various striking techniques using both hand and foot.
Self Defence
Self-Defence classes teach essential, street-wise Self-Defence techniques. They’re designed for real world scenarios, to allow individuals to better protect themselves from threatening individuals.
