Matt Fiddes Martial Arts run some fantastic classes for ages 3+ that we can’t wait for you to take part in; these aim to improve confidence, discipline, and fitness and promote self-defence (only when necessary!) amongst a whole host of other benefits, in a fun, and unpressurised learning environment.
Cojalina Martial Arts
Karate for ages 4 to adult. Kickboxing from 4 years to adult and Kick-Jutsu 10 years to adult – no upper age limit on all classes. All classes suitable for complete beginners or more experienced martial artisits.
Invicta Karate Academy
At Invicta Karate Academy, we provide traditional Karate lessons for the whole family. Our students develop and learn in a fun and positive atmosphere whilst learning Shotokan Karate, learning a new skill and getting fit. Newcomers always welcome!
